I see the run on the trash bin is a no go but after scouring the Web i can't find anything exact. The only thing that closely resembles it are steel steaming baskets. May not be a bad stand in with the bag in it. There are many sizes, none exact to Adams measurement however.

I realize that, but you know usinga drill would not produce adequate results, for me personally. A machinist would probably be used with a proper machine shop to get the best results.

Do you have a drill press? I think that would be a good way to do it. I picked up my 5 speed drill press at Harbor Freight for 49.00 with the coupon it was 34.99

Seems like thou would need some type of jig to hold it in place too. Its tipi bad Indy didn't get the interest to make these. Would have been really cool.

Not really, I've drilled a lot of odd shaped things. Just make sure you have you spindle speed set right, though you might want to make a curved buck for the inside to give the metal some reinforcement as you drill it so you don't make oblong or oval holes. But no special jig to hold it. If you make a buck just bolt it to the drill press's table and you can use one hand to hold tha can the other to pull the spindle arm.
