Hi guys I was wondering how spray paint sticks to super sculpey because I'm making the golden Bog Roosh nail that gets pounded into hellboy's skull in volume #6 Strange Places.

Best to seal the sculpey (once baked, of course!) with brush-on acrylic paint or sealer.
Depending on the texture you want, you can seal it with superglue (or at least I've had some success with it). Brushed / dappled with a brush would give a kind of rusty-textured look to it, I think. Test it first tho - some can set up real fast!
As a bonus, the superglue is beter to sand, and will harden the sculpey into a slightly more resilient skin.
Otherwise, the spraypaint will react to the sculpey. And not dry, or will leach out oil or something equally not good!
