Hey guys!
Yes I know another TASM2 suit but i just thought I'd post a thread on my progress of what I've done so far.
I received my print from Fabric on demand today which I'm so stoked on!
Basically I've used kenlandrum's free print file and edited it slightly. I lightened the red a little
and I also turned down the opacity of the webs as I'll be using liquid latex to go over them, I'm just using the light webs as guides!
Also I'm very open to thoughts and ideas that might make life a little easier haha
Anyway enough with that. Time for Pictures!
So this is a small pic of the file I've used (kenlandrum's) and edited:

This is how it came from fabric on demand: (the lighting is a bit deferent in both pics but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!)

This is the spider I've put on the front. I used a role of 1.5mm thick rubber I bought from a local rubber store:
I printed out the front spider from the print file and made it a little bit bigger than 100% as I'm giving way for a bit of stretch once I'm wearing the suit.

I stuck the paper over the top of the rubber with masking tape around the edges and started cutting out the spider with a stanley knife:

This is what I ended up with:

I then cleaned up the edges of the rubber and spray painted it with matte black spray paint and now have this!

then with the suit stretched i stuck it down with some industrial strength super glue and laid it down piece by piece starting with the body of the spider. I now have this:

(in some different light)

That is as far as I have gone with the suit so far. Tonight i will start laying down the liquid latex!
So now I'm working on my Web-Shooters.
I got a 3D printed version of kens web shooter file from ichidave and masked them up!

They turned out like this! (I still have to neaten up the white parts)

also notice the elastic band at the top that is for using a magnet to hold it under the suit.
I also added a magnet to the bottom of both web shooters by dremeling out a hole for it and again using industrial strength super glue to stick it on. Like this:

Also this is a pic of the shoes I will be using once the suit is stitched.
I got these shoes from kmart for like 5 bucks and also a pair of slippers which I ripped apart and used the soul which I will cut down the sides as the other shoes fit snug inside them.

That's as far as I've gotten so far I'll be posting more updates once the latex is laid down and then it's ready for sewing!
Thanks for reading!
