i have tried the search function with little to no success
ive been watching the smootho-on videos to get an idea of what to do, my problem now is im not sure which products to buy, currently looking on; https://www.tomps.com/

Heres the site I used for when I needed mold making stuff for my product design course, They sell the silicone and casting resin,
TOMPS : Mould Making Supplies : Casting Supplies : Plasterers Supplies
Their really cheap and their products are great, much cheaper than smooth on items as everything on them is usually inflated as they need to import it. But smooth on is slightly easy to use with usually a 1:1 mix,

Ive only ever done a one piece mold but know the methods of creating a two part one, if you would like a hand send us a PM.

just ordered my materials for make my moulds for my ear caps, little nervous, hopefully i dont make a complete dogs back-side of it.

I know how you feel Lord Magneto...I see my work in progress bucket every morning when I back the truck out of the garage and every evening when I get home from work and wonder if it will ever be completed. Rosskows thread is good encouragement for newbs everywhere, myself especially... I think he has expearianced every scenario that a new builder could go thru and has really come out on top with an outstanding product.
Rosskow are you planning on full on decking out your bucket? motorized rangefinder w/ LEDs, voice changing system, movie accurate components such at the MQ1 circuit board in the rear vent etc?

rosskow hats off to u man, fantastic build, LOVE the bucket! u have inspired me to start my own fett helmet build, ur thread and pictures will be a great reference point. cant wait to see yours finished!!!
