Blue lantern on Dagobah

When Luke is on Dagobah in The Empire Strikes Back, there is a small blue light sitting on top of some of his equipment. Anyone know what kind of light/lantern this is? Where could I find one, or how to make one? I've searched all over trying to find info on it, but I can't find anything.
