Blue Lantern Flash help

Hi everyone I'm new here and i'm nearly finished with my blue lantern flash cosplay, the only part that I'am stuck on is finding boots that are form fitting like the ones the character wears, if anyone can help guide me to a website that i can find the correct boots at that arent a fortune it would be much appreciated thanks!

I found this. You may have to dye it to be the right color, but I think it could work.
