Blue Jay Leno and Midnight Moon Man.....

A buddy and me are looking to dress up as the Blue Jay Leno also called flabber from beetleborgs and mac tonight from the oldschool Mc Donalds comercials. Now mac tonight is basically a black suit with a big moon head which should be easy to build. Now my buddy on the other hand has a more difficult costume, ive found all the prosthetics for the face but the rest of the outfit will be have to be custom or thrown together. My sewing skills are very limited so it would be greatly appreciated if I could get some input from anyone who is willing.

I'll try and post some pics of the actor in the suit as soon as possible.

Here are some of the best pics I could find of Flabber. Mac Tonight will be cake. For Flabber I think I'm gonna make the shoes and pants myself, the cape shouldn't be that hard to find. The Jacket and the shirt will be more challenging, I'm pretty sure I can find a pirate shirt with ruffles and just dye it.

I have a purple suit coat that I wore for my Joker costume a while back, I don't see why we couldn't pimp it out with ruffles and such. I'm just wondering about the pants. That's a crazy sewing job.

The pants will be simple I already found a pair of burgundy bell bottoms. I'm just gonna cout out those crazy patterns and sew them on.

Apparently Flabber and Mac Tonight aren't popular characters on this forum. We should throw some plate armor in there, might help us get some answers.
