Blas Tech DC-15 build with lights and sounds

i am looking to build the clone trooper long rifle the DC-15 how ever this rifle would be used with my Mandalorian Merc costume

A. how should i go about building it or should i buy the make your own blaster toy from hasbro?

B. would it look good to be used with the Mando armor?
