I made these blades out of Polycarbonate the are super strong and will not snap u can almost fold them end too end. they are known around the shop as the bullet proof plexy. I am really happy as or right now and was really nice to cut out with a band saw and dermel. workin on some kind of spring loaded gunttlet. pics will be updated soon. The one bent on e i have in my hand was done with heat. regular plexy would do that but would be frail. that you couls not even bend out of the u shape. strong stuff
