That's hard to believe but awesome! I hope they might do that cab Sebastian uses next. And the noodle bar, and some great scale figures, and a blimp... :)

Don't get me wrong. It's nice to see someone finally doing more licensed kits from Bladerunner. But you know what I really want is Hot Toys to do a Deckard figure. That'd be insanely awesome.

Wow first the spinner and now these! Its a wonder they didn't just combine the two into one kit, with maybe a photo on the side built painted like Deckards. Nice to see some dedication to film vehicles, especially when they're not derived from real work cars.

Since all of my 1/24 dreams are coming true someone tell the Round 2 guys to do the Ecto 1 after their 1a with a CLEAR back window.

What do you guys recommend for shipping from HLJ? I'm throwing together an order but it won't generate a quote.

Or a Batty, or better still, a Batty AND Priss. I'm not into figures but I'd make an exception for this film.

    I like it! :lol

    Got the Police Spinner,

I have to say I was a bit disappointed, for kit that was a bit pricey (for a car kit)
Also being a Japanese kit, I thought they would go nuts with the detail.
The exterior is OK but the interior is a bit bland in detail and accuracy.
It would probably look a lot better looking --all wired, and lit up

    No figures either,
since I'm sculpting a set of Decker and Eduard James Olmos in Z-brush ( for a 1/6 scale Project)
-might as well get them 3D-printed in 1/24 scale ...there may be a bit of a market for anyone who wants to add figures to these kits

perhaps in 1/12 scale to while I'm at it.

GG would love to see what you've done so far with the figures. I would definately do a set in 1/24.

I'm not sure whether or not you were being sarcastic here but, just in case you weren't, on every modeling forum I frequent there is at least one thread discussing this Spinner kit, and in every one of those threads there have been quite a few posts expressing disappointment with the fact that no figures were included with the kit. I think "there may be a bit of a market" is an understatement. A good set of figures for these kits would sell fairly well; a really good set of figures might even generate a little profit.

Well it definitely sounds like there's an interest.

Currently I'm in the middle of moving, I should get back to my projects in about 3 weeks.
Even at 1/24 scale it costs a bit to get printed - 'bout $75 to $100 for each figure.
Obviously with separate heads, arms, & torso for ease of casting and to allow different posing.
Still much to do on the 1/6 project

    Zombie,

I wasn't being sarcastic, I do think the exterior is good, a paint job and decals do go along way too...it's just the interior is "wanting".
The kit has good "bones" it just will need a lot of embellishment to make a really great kit.

I suppose , price wise; it is a lot cheaper than many of the alternatives.

It is exciting to see Deckard's Car done as a kit,
I'm not sure how often (if at all ) that subject has been tackled by manufacturers. (Toys or otherwise)

I do not think that it has been confirmed. No where online has an actual photo surfaced but we are very close to release date now.

The spinners are great kits, not without flaws but very good. We are lucky Fujimi took it as far as they did. The interiors vary from process car, drive able car, and studio model. It's no wonder the rear window area was simplified.
