Ok, stupid question time, from me. Is it possible to
Make the detailed lines, lettering, and sharp points,
Deeper. Maybe it's the nature of the beast, but I
Find myself, spending time, digging out details.
That is, after I finish (or in the middle of) getting
Things smooth. I didn't know if it was possible
To make those type of details (lines and such),
Deeper, that way they level out, after sanding.
Know what I mean?
Either way, I will likely pick 1 of these up!

The geometry is designed accurately, we don't add extra on for people to sand away. It really doesn't take that much to remove the print lines, I've sold 100s of kits, I've never had someone sand through the plastic.

As far as the engraving goes, I can't make it any deeper as it starts to melt the plastic and the letters get destroyed.

Take a look at post 32 above, it can be done.

Grips are in TheRocketeer s hands ,he'll start making the molds. I'll switch this over to a limited run tomorrow and start taking orders. I'm planning on pre-ordering 10 amber grips, so if you want in, get the form filled out and funds sent asap.
