So, wait a minute, the "995" on the police badges in the original movie were the equivalent of "call 9-1-1" ? They might be retconning this, but if that's the case, there is no way deckard's badge would have "995" on it, that would be for the public to note on a uniformed patrolman, not on a detective shield.
