Hi hardworkingguy

my daughter is going as black widow and i found some dolly pegs worked well as part they are the same shape just need a bit adjustment but split them first before painting and grooving out the small pieces for the lights .hope this helps
we did try Siligum for the mould but they just didn't turn out right when making the bites from the air drying clay.

I saw some funky shaped hilighters at office max that would work if you are going for the movie version.

Comic version could just be pvc or polystyrene tubes, could even do them in brass with thumbtacks on the back end for an all metal look.

Are you doing comic version or movie version?
I did a cheap and cheerful Comic version recently

Used marker pens for my bites, bought in packs of 10 from the poundshop (erm Dollar store in the US?), used 4 packs, so £4 :)
Remove the inky bits from them, cut them down a bit, punched a 2 holes top and bottom using a piece of wire wrapped around a hot soldering iron, then painted them black and gold and threaded them with elastic through the holes, worked fine.
Movie versions are more sort of flattened bullet shape, highlighter pens as mentioned above might work?
