I dont know how to use pepakura, I am more of a find it and fabricate it typa guy. For this I went to the local oriental market and got a 16" wok! I then took it to a friend who works at a plastics place, and he vac formed two copies for me. I then glued them together, and dumped a little resin inside it to roll around the edge to seal it (after masking off the outside edge.
for the neck Im going to use a bucket, but widen the neck more than in this pic. For the backpack, I found a nice cheap lamp at Goodwill, and I have a little kitchen oven vac former, Im going to drop plastic over it, and then mount the two halves together so they have the nice "but" like shape of his pack! :lol
