Hi,
I have been on The RPF for a few years and I decide to post a subject presenting my entire Star Wars collection and find.
I only collect screen used props, 1:1 props and original parts. I collect specialy original Ewok's props (yes, I know :p)
I’m French my English is not perfect. Please excuse me ;).

To start:
My latest find, a lot of relics parts from british grenades Martin Hale (principally n°3MKI, n°3MKII, N°24MKI).
I started the restoration during the last weekend. I will post photos...

They are very nice. I like the cross section. I love that sort of thing.

Where do you find them? Do you get them from local collectors in archaeological digs, or metal detectorists in ploughed fields for example?

I have a contact in the north of France (Verdun). He's metal detectorist and passionate by the WW1. He can found a weapon in his garden :D

To change of my "grenade hobby", a recently entring: Kobold flash unit BC

I think its great that they are being recovered as relics from fields and so on and then carefully restored by people who really value them, if not for military reasons, but love them non the less.

A nice catch for me even if it does not have much value:
Totokia Fijian War Club
It is a modern version (> 1900s), certainly sold as a tourist souvenir but carved in quality wood.
The handle is more thinner and shorter than the 1800s versions (to fit in a suitcase ).
I'm surprised by the effectiveness of this tribal weapon. I wouldn't want to hit my head with it!!!

If it does not have that much value to you, I definitely would buy it off your hands... ;)
Where did you find this Totokia?

Of course from Germany....where else?!?
I wasn’t able to find one overseas for ages and you find one in my neighborhood! :cautious:

Yeah, that’s my life... (compassion desirable!)

Obiwan's lightsaber

I received an original Armitage Shanks pommel (hot water) 80's version. After cleaning, it can monted on my lightsaber with the N°3MKI.
