They forgot the damaged elevator at the bottom of the shaft from the rocket fuel explosion incident (aka when Sheldon saved Leonard's life).

Not as large as Sheldon and Leonard and their scientific/academic positions. Seriously, her apartment is a bit smaller in comparison to theirs (and I don't mean for the obvious fact that it only has one bedroom while Sheldon/Leonard's has two)

I believe the bathroom is where the bedroom on the right is. They never go straight back for the bathroom

So, looking at these and if they ARE (relativly) accurate...what kind of shape is the building? :confused

The bathroom is in the right spot. And as far as I know, so are the rooms. I saw this thread yesterday and was watching the show last night. You can clearly see the bathroom in that spot when they are sitting there eating. And Leonards room has to be next to the bathroom, judging by the episode last night.

I do believe that Sheldon's room is the one right next to the bathroom.
In the episode that he gets sick and Leonard has to crawl in to set the motion alarm, he stops at the first door and Penny is standing in Sheldon't doorway.
Leonard's room is in the right place as well. In these pictures you can see the angled wall to his room and in the one with Sheldon, you can see the bathroom door.
Bathroom is basically straight down the hall.
And there's more space in front of the desks in the living room.

The space between the desks and the wall are because of the filming.
There have been a few scenes where they have shot towards that wall
and both desks and the TV are up against the wall.
That wall is just removed for the cameras.
Those blueprints are pretty close but there is a missing window in Leonards room.
