This first link in on etsy this seller shows costumes for kids but I emailed her about doing a adult size and she said it wasnt a problem. You can email her about doing different colors, I'm actually getting my Bilbo replica jacket from her from the new movie.
This seller is also in etsy and they again make custom clothing and are in the works for a hobbit jacket, but they also sell great hobbit vest's. And they do custom work.
