Best Place to Buy a new FX light Saber

I have a friend at work that would like to get their son an FX light saber.

It doesn't matter which one they get, they just want a good deal.

So who has one at the cheapest price and are there any versions that should be avoided because of electrical issues?

Our Fry's Electronics had the anikans on sale over the weekend for $77 even.
