Ok there are many types of glue, but there are also loads of different resins, what type is it? Polyester? Polyurea? Polyurethane? For urethanes superglue, is crap tbf, for polyester it's great, CA glue is chemically pretty much identical to superglue, if it's a urethane you're trying to glue, epoxy is a good bet, and you can get some pretty amazing two part urethane based glues which would work really well.
Also the size of the fingers matter, if they're huge and hollow, it might be wise to actually fill them with body filler, and attach them with a squish, but if they're tiny you might find a tiny spot of wacker silicone glue might be wise...
