Best glue for broken resin part?

Hi Tom,
My best suggestions are either superglue or epoxy and a good set of pointy tweezers. If the parts are tiny then superglue/CA glue is probably the better option. I like the gel superglue as it's easier to place with precision and won't run. 5-Minute epoxy will give you a stronger bond but if the parts are tiny you won't be able to use a lot of it and it can be very difficult to hold the part in place while the glue sets up. Use activator on one part and then CA ....that should work
Ok there are many types of glue, but there are also loads of different resins, what type is it? Polyester? Polyurea? Polyurethane? For urethanes superglue, is crap tbf, for polyester it's great, CA glue is chemically pretty much identical to superglue, if it's a urethane you're trying to glue, epoxy is a good bet, and you can get some pretty amazing two part urethane based glues which would work really well.
Also the size of the fingers matter, if they're huge and hollow, it might be wise to actually fill them with body filler, and attach them with a squish, but if they're tiny you might find a tiny spot of wacker silicone glue might be wise...

Not all super glues are created equal.
If you are using a cheap one then find yourself a higher end industrial version.
I would say drill and pin the parts if you have the space but you did mention the parts being clear so that really isn't an option,
If nothing else clean then lightly sand the surfaces so the glue has something to grip.
Post a pix so we know what you are dealing with.
