yes wanted a quick build for the N.E.C Birmingham show.next suit will be a much better job,but still very happy how this turned out.more pics of test fit soon.many thanks mate,and your suit will be awesome.

People have been working on there suits for years to get this awesome. My hat comes off to you sir. If this is quick, then I can't wait to see what beasty you create when your build is not quick lol

Your not giving yourself enough credit that suit rocks mate. You need to put the mask on and take some pics with the mask and some with the bio as well. Its right there within arms reach pop it on come on you know you want to. LOL

thanks mate,just need Velcro for the back of head then will tack pics.half way done on skin mould.if weather heats up,will get top skin finished and start on bottom skin.

Qs 1,just cut slits in the mouth of the mask so to breath,but now the lenses steam up on the bio.(how do you stop this,as i cant see where i am going)lol.need to fix this prob before the N.E.C

bryan is right.. you can get an anti fog up spray.. any motorbike store should have it.. or as an alternative you could try a very very thin layer of washing up liquid on the lense... (last resort from my paintballin days)... or if you have room in the bio what about a small fan

I too used to play paintball and we would either use a small fan or I found the best thing that worked was a double pane lense. Could you add a thin edge of double sided foam tape around the edge of the lenses and then place another lense or some clear sheet plastic against it? That is what I am planning to do to make the lenses for my bio but I will be adding mesh between the layers. The air pocket created between the two lenses acts as an isulator and should minimize or eliminate fogging except in the most extreme conditions. It's worth a try anyway.
