Berserker Predator Build

Compleat disaster.So have started again :(,the top would not cure for some reason and after 2 weeks,this is the result(tops missing).Time pushing on for N.E.C November,must try and get this build done in time.One back armour mould to do,then all moulds done and hard copies made.will start painting the copies i have done so far soon.

The feet look great, even with the part that wouldnt cure. That sucks you have to go back, but perfection cant happen all the time lol. I think you will have your suit finished in time though, you are trucking through pretty quick.

thanks mate.started to redo the feet and the last mould,so not long now lol.
 
Dude, those feet are looking awesome. I know what you mean about curing - the toes on my foot mould take forever to dry even after 1 week the rest is dry but they are still wet!! Nightmare, over come it by using a hairdryer for about 10minutes every couple of hours for a couple of days and that seemed to work.

thanks mate.used a dewalt hot air gun too heat the mould but nothing worked.must have been a contaminate in the top,as the new feet top has cured.hope the new feet will dry quicker this time lol.ordered the last leather straps for the armour,so once i get them i will put the suit together.not looking forward to paint up,as i have to paint in a asbestos garage(the landlord will not let me paint in the house) :(

Damn man that sucks - asbestos garage, is that even legal? Make sure you remember to mask up with a respirator bud

too late,been in there for a month lol.almost finished now,just need to join the front/back armour together and prime.then the paint up starts.

Your safe as long as you do not break up the asbestos,but still wear a mask ;-)

that thing must be 70yr old at least,but almost finished now.tomorrow will post pics of primed parts before painting,and fixed short blade for gauntlet until i get my telescopic blade done.

many thanks mate.hope every one wont be disappointed as im a noob at this,and its my first attempt lol.
 
Update so far.primed ready to paint,but still waiting for the back armour to dry.[attachment=31653:picture 318.once the back armour is done,thats all but the feet.
