Berserker Bio by Jmen Aug15_20017 (Done. pg2 heavy)

Hey there, hunters. I have a new bio in progress, a lot of pictures and a lot of questions. So, here we go. All pictures are clickable. Stage one.


Stage two.

First try to wear it.

Need to do a lot of details, but its in progress any way.
And now i have a question - what type of texture this bio has? Does anyone have some good tips about this? Movie mask, as i understand, is smooth. Hot toys made it with texture. I like it better. But how to make it?

hummmmm types of texture.... you mean for the weathering (aging) and colors, humm good question Berserkers are an Hybrid Species...as they are more intelligent than "normal" Yautja's, more agile, and more powerful. I would certainly go with some textures we kind of not see often. It would be cool to see green moss on some spots...A lot of Rust...and battle scars.....what do you think about it Jmen?

You see? Movie is basicly smooth, toy has texture. My question is - what version is better and how to do best texture for it? method.
i will do scars, cracks, damages etc. but first i need to do texture.

Oh no worries JMEN, dude I would definitely go with the toy version !!! It looks more badass now the question is in witch RESIN did you cast your Bio H. , or is it in another material than resin?

This is not actually resin - they call it liquide 2k polyurethane, it's made here in Ukr. i have an idea about texturing method, so maybe this weekend will be new pics.

If it is made with Hard Resin i would certainly do all the textures with my dremel or a Soldering IRON.... it will take a LOT of time but it will look exactly like the holes that Hot toys Bio version has.....

and because it is spray, it gives me more light texture. I think it will be that what i want. Here is an examples

Update.
Raptor is awesome, i love the texture. Any issues you can find of the mask will be fixed up later, i dont care about it. Now my attention is concentrated on the texture. Here are some pics.

In progress, stage 2. Almost fix all issues. Some of them will be useful in painting\weathering stage. Enjoy.
