this is the updated lower crown disc, some probably won’t see the difference from the first design but I can see how much better it looks, I will clean it up and prime it tomorrow, then I will get some drawings made up from the design and look for a machinist who could make this delicate piece

Did an upgrade of my collar screw
The original one I had didn’t have the crisscross knurling
So I designed one In fusion 360 and put it on the printer (over 2 years ago the results didn't blow me away so I left it alone )
Now that I have resin printers I gave it a little refining and resin printed it
I then gave a thin layer of primer and a quick flash of metallic silver
Oh and I did 4 for luck

I’m just a little nervous with cutting my helmet in 2
Just got to finish the filling round the top dome to the rear and more sanding down
Then I will cut it in 2 and remove the old tubes ready for the new ones

What IS this from? It LOOKS Like a sink drain? But what type? Please let us all know!
Never of a sink drain, or any plumbing device, I’ve been a plumber for 36 years and never seen anything like this, it has a resemblance of a plug/drainage grill but I can assure you it isn’tWhat IS this from? It LOOKS Like a sink drain? But what type? Please let us all know!

Ok... Then WHAT IS IT? What's if from or used for?
Anything I make for my own I can duplicate for a small run but only when I’m satisfied with them

If the reveal community knew we wouldn’t have to make are own from scratch, like I’ve had to

It's the standard one that came with the collar. It has the straight edged knurling.
