Ben Chapman Tribute Kit Creature from the Black Lagoon Photo's added!

OK, I got the kit I've been wanting for years, it's the tribute kit of Ben Chapman as the Creature from the Black Lagoon. I was wondering if anyone else here has built it and if so could you post some photos? I'm really torn on the colors I want to go with painting this kit.

I've seen a few build ups but can't find the links.
Someone on the Cluchouse forum us also starting this kit.

The suit was a soft moss green.
There was no big red lips and hands, those where repainted just for publicity shots.
Life posted color pix (publicity shots) recently with the red lips and hands as well as some gold highlights. :unsure

I'd love to get one myself.

One of the build ups I saw had a scratch built makeup table with paints and air brush next to him.

Don't forget to post pix.

BTW if your into garage kits Monsters, etc... I would suggest registering over at the Clubhouse Forum.

I'm over at the Clubhouse also, and yes the kit with the make-up table was unreal! He made a small airbrush and small jars of paint and he left the Creature mask unpainted as if was yet to get painted for the movie. Very nice piece. I will post photos as soon as I'm done with my Remco Casting of the B9 Robot, I just washed the Creature tonight and will prime in the morning.

It's a Johnny Gilbert kit. I have his straight Creature that's great. I've seen this kit in person with Ben holding it and it's a sharp build.

Forgot I had seen it on MMR.

I need to finish a few kit's before I get anymore.:lol
Have about 2 dozen and not a single one painted yet.
Course they're all girl kit's and take for ever to get smooth.

Yes he was I met him many times and we wrote back and forth many time via email.

Just got this kit in the mail today.

Bought it off of someone on the Clughouse forum.
Came with a signed wooden base.

Doing some clean up on it right now.
