Beauty. Obi ANH pommel.

I'm currently taking pictures of my AS handwheel with my new Nikon 10. whatever mega pixels camera, so I can add measurements in photoshop for a detailed drawing to be made - all part of the process for the upcoming run of pommels.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I thought this shot really brought out the beauty of the piece. Just look at those curves coupled with those sharp lines.
I love this shot, so I just thought I'd share it with you lot of (like me) Obi saber freaks.

Yeah - it's a tap handle.

Y'know, i was born in UK in 1967, I must have seen many, many of these over the years......hindsight, aint it a stinker?

We probably all did in the UK cos when I saw it on the prop it just looked so familiar.

The modern ones are still all over older council, civil service, public sector buildings and the vintage ones that I found mostly came from ex-council houses.
