Batman foam Armor Covered in fabric. Please help!

Hey guys, this is my first time here.
I planning to create these Chest, legs and shoulder Armor set like the design of Ivan Reis Batman statue by iron studios mixed Batman inc suit lining design out of foam but I need to know which fabric best to glue and sew on these pieces to give that Texture fabric look like the statue. Which be confused by Batman grey suit cuz it look like between Nylon, leather or spendax. Plus I didn’t want too much of too much Armor look or especially rubber look for many reasons! Just comic book between moderate look of Batman. Pictures are below this message. Any suggestions is welcome and thanks for reading.

Hey everyone, sorry for wait for thanks so thank you very much! I been so busy. I went on esty but I link in the uk and not paying any extra delivery. Also I help with the armour that I’m doing. Should this Eva foam armour Build like 1st video link or the 2nd link? So trying to think which look when I stick the fabric on armour chest piece foam build will look good with the fabric like it fitted to it.

Also I need to know what should I wear under the suit for Halloween night in nightclub/bar which definitely has a lot of people and probably dancing which I need something to sweat in . Should I wear under armour/Nike compression clothing in cold gear or heat gear? I been confused with this situation cuz I don’t want to sweat in my cosplay but I know it probably get cold in night of Halloween. Any suggestions are welcome.

I would go with the heat gear. Costumes tend to be hot to wear. You'll be inside a lot of the time. Plus you'll have a cape to keep you warm. If you get too hot and sweaty it will be worse when you go outside wet in the cold.

Basically what type build I should make my armour? Between these 2 videos. One choice. 1st video or 2nd video?

I would choose the first method, but then again I disagree on how the front abs he makes always turn out diagonal and he often makes chest plates rather than full torsos.Personal preference ofcourse.
Personally I would download this 3D model (open and convert to other format with blender):

Look past the fact that the character is fictional and take a closer look at his torso.Everything is emphasized and buff, which would be a nice foundation for your suit.For your consideration

The first method looks more like the photo's. You may want to exaggerate the muscles, because you will lose some definition when you apply the the fabric.

For this kind of thing I would go with a muscle suit, with a screen printed lycra bodysuit glued on top.

There are places you can get muscle suits depending on how much you want to pay. Flexdesigncostumes do some really good ones. El_Fett on Instagram also do muscle suits. You can also make your own with upholstry foam and gluing that to a shirt or something. It's a lot more flexible than EVA foam so it might be more comfortable.

Napier's Inc also does custom work, but he does take quite a while to get stuff done.

Also I need help with this one as well. This is great and fit but very tight on eye area even on eyes lids or pockets. I planning to put it the padding since it is my first cowl. I need to know which areas inside the cowl that will fit my face. Feedback is welcome. Photos below.

Hey George, I took a lot of inspiration from this model as you can see. To the point when I’m zoom in, print out many copies in different shots and draw the outline of the shapes and measurements that I did myself on my torso. So I beyond glad it came out super well in real time for first time! Thanks a million for that. Much appreciated!

With regard to the cowl I would suggest to scale bigger if it's a snug fit, and especially if you're planning to add padding you'll need more space

I can’t buy another one since it from fanatic fx, I don’t even know what is going with them. This is my only cowl so I have to make a best out this sitution. I’m willing to fit a way!
