Batman cowl fitting and padding for first time! Need help please!

Also I need help with this one as well. This is great and fit but very tight on eye area even on eyes lids or pockets. I planning to put it the padding since it is my first cowl. I need to know which areas inside the cowl that will fit my face. Feedback is welcome. Photos below.

I would add foam on the forehead close to your browridge to push your face back. Honestly think you might need a bigger cowl.

I argee but I can’t buy another one since it from fanatic fx, I don’t even know what is going with them. This is my only cowl so I have to make a best out this sitution. I’m willing to fit a way! Plus this was a commission paid by deposit. Thanks for idea and try it out!

They're recasters and pretty much banned from here and everywhere that frowns upon that stuff.

Your best bet is to measure your head, ask questions about sizing before you purchase your next cowl, buy a cowl that fits and throw that crap where it belongs. The garbage.

I didn’t know that, thanks for info Nightwing Returns. Damn that bad huh? Oh well if that the case at least I didn’t finish the my despot in full yet. Although I still like this cowl and I think I might intersting way for padding and fitting. Also it just not browridge. I do appreciated you for looking out tho even for first time cosplay on this level!

Best thing I can tell you with cowls...

Measure your head and neck.

Keaton cowls have the most neck room, and most the time head room.

Kilmer cowls run tight necked and kinda small. Especially the ones sculpted by Dullam (90% of the Panther cowls out there, and 99% of the Sonar cowls). Yours is a modified Panther cowl that is an obvious copy of the HCG fiberglass cowl. A copy of a copy that's been modified and copied is smaller than it started.

If you plan to pad make sure you have extra room. Padding will not make a tight cowl roomier. It'll only make it clumpy and misshapen.

That's the best advice I can give you moving forward towards your next cowl.

my head is size is 24.5” or 25”. So do you think i need a cowl which is 2 inches more of space or 5 inches more of space and to fit perfectly?
