Batman Begins props

I'm not having great luck searching the boards but I have found some stuff and already gotten some help. I posted a similar request for suit parts in the costume section. Currently I can do nothing but sometime next year I am hoping to start working on getting my Batman Begins suit together. Looking at a great suit recently I thought I would start finding out about options.

I need to know the following:

Best options for:

Cowl- I have a big head and it must be wearable

Armor (Probably gonna go with the motorcyle suit)

Cape

Gloves and gauntlets

Pants (Again Motorcycle suit)

Boots

Belt - (I thought Bronze Armory was the best but that was a few years ago but I'm not nuts about the one on the UD website)

Mini mine- did anyone ever make one with retracting leg things
and is there another option other than noble collection

Batarangs

Grapple Gun-Again any option other than Noble Collection or Solid resin

I'm looking for who are the top makers and an idea of prices.

Well are you looking for top makers or are you looking for comfort? Because although Davids Begins and TDK suits are really nice they are not accurate to the screen used suit. There are limitations to the leather forming, he did an amazing job but if your looking for accurate that's not the way to go.

Suit and cowl if your looking for something you can wear and wont tear (Foam latex is fragile) you'll want urethane. Infrno makes a urethane suit tinted to match the foam latex look, very nice looking suit/cowl.

Gauntlets again Infrno RD gaunts.

Cape and gloves Kevin (inkmonkey) has the only accurate ones out there, nobody else offers the same quality or accuracy.

Batrangs again Kevin just put his accurate rangs in the JY.

I'm looking at Kevin's Batarangs, Upcoming Belt, Gloves and Cape. However the Cape may be out of my price range. I'll have to see on that.

I put in a PM to Inferno to see about his Cowl's and Armor.

I have to say I like the TDK motorcycle suit but the Begins motorcycle suit just does not look as good even though they did an amazing job.

Guns and Gadgets:

Is Noble Collection or Resin really my only option for the Grapple Gun???

Also is there any maker of the mini mine?? The Noble is the bigger one and I don't think the leg things move. I can't believe knowone has made these yet.

Well you said you wanted the best option, Kev's cape is the absolute best/only option out there IMO. But you'll have to get on the 2nd run list when he does one as the first run is all sold out.
If you don't like the price on Kev's cape your really not going to like the asking value for the armor and gauntlets.

Grapple gun, yes if you can find it the resin is the better option, were you looking for something else?? Mini mines same thing only resin were made if you can find them but none had working pins. These were all available way back when Begins was newer, it's been awhile.

Around 1k if memory serves well. A real beauty.

The Noble Collection grapple gun is very cool but it's quite pricey. A resin kit is your best option, imo. Lightweight, easy to customize and way less expensive than Noble stuff.

About the mini mine, agreed, the Noble version is too big and too heavy for costuming. Resin casts are more appropriately sized. So far nobody tackled the "real" version with retractable spikes. But i'm sure that HenryWayne would make something amazing out of that concept.
