Batman 89 Nike air trainer boot tops

Can anyone help me out with some pointers or a template to make some pleather boot tops for my Nike air trainer 3's?Thanks in advance .Last touch for the suit and want to do it my self so please don't tell me to buy us boots ECT.thankyou
