Batman 1989 real articles identification help

When Bruce Wayne unfolds the news paper containing the article on his parents death there are some things on the back I want to replicate but I can't find them.

A line of articles on the top feature stories such as "How to be popular" and "Edwards seeks 3rd term as prosecutor in November" (I think thats what it says)

There also looks like there is an advertisemnt or maybe a copy of an article from a Magazine about the Majestic Apartment complex in NY. All I can make out is Private Terrece and the Chain Organization. I cant screen cap my blu way so if anyone can supply a shot it would be great
