Batgirl from Batman and Robin

So I was watching a youtube video (honest trailers ironically) on the Batman and Robin movie and I then got the idea to do the Batgirl suit that was worn in the movie. However I'm not sure on what to make it out of and how I would go about making it.

For those that aren't sure what I'm talking about it this

Halloween would be tough to get something decent. Greg Maraio has the pieces from her suit available and can make the soft parts as well. So you can get it all in one place. But next Halloween is a much better goal

I can make the mask for you though if it helps.
 
you can start with a corset for the midsection and probably plasti-dip a bra as a start
 
I always wished she would have worn a full cowl in B&R instead of just a domino mask. Look forward to seeing this converge.
 
im currently making my own, working on the belt, was thinking of making it out of card and craft foam. but I would like to look at the back of the costume
