here's a pic of the test pull

I actually cast this one a wee bit too thin( hence the loose chin strap)...the next casting will be done a bit thicker to get a better fit

it was cast in urethane rubber that was color tinted black....the type of urethane I use is very difficult to paint

thank you...I wasn't really using any artwork when sculpting the cowl so I decided to keep the brow flat, to me it appeared to be more feminine looking that way
