Bat Armour Build

Hey guys, I have just started on a Batman V Superman suit, the Armour that Batfleck uses to fight Superman. Began building the helmet and just wanted to post some progress shots. Any feedback or pointers would be awesome. I am using the pepakura file that HAZMATCreations made on Etsy, it was super reasonable for an awesome file, here is the link:

So here is what I have so far:

Pretty early on yet, but the fit is good...my nose just touches the front as I pull it on and off, so that's a good sign. Anyway, like I said earlier, feedback, criticisms, tips, all are appreciated!

Cheers,
Baruthulous

Edit - I don't know why the second pic is upside down...It is right way up on my PC AND when I select it to upload...

So, after getting halfway through the helmet, I realised I am not too good with foam, lol so I started from scratch using card stock, After I finish lunch I will be applying the resin layer to the outside, pretty stoked about that. As you might be able to tell from the pics, there are a few stuff ups, but hopefully I can fixe those with the filler

I was trying to figure out how to do a filler stage on foam, and tried bondo.....that wasn't a good idea. I don't know what it was about body filler, like the density or something, but it just didn't work for me, so I asked AZTLAN if he had any ideas and he suggested using the silicone caulking stuff and it works a treat. Bonus is cos the foam is flexible, so is the silicone and it is super easy to apply and give it a smooth finish, I just used some playing cards.

I found that AZTLAN's is a bit closer to the movie armour than HAZMATCreations'. Also, he is in the process of pepping the entire suit, and you get both paper and foam formatted files. And thanks :D

AZTLAN's is more accurate, no doubt about it. The ears on mine should be thicker, the top of the head shouldn't be as wide.

Do you think you could post more photos? The finish looks great on the flat parts but I'd like to see some more angles for a better look at how the forehead came out. Using caulking is something I've thought about a lot but never got around to trying.

Also, Bondo and foam don't mix. Don't worry, It's not you, haha.

Sorry for the poor photo quality, I'm stuck with my webcam for the moment, but here are some more photos, base coat was applied, so hopefully its a bit clearer. This will be the last pass with the caulking for me, I don't think I have it perfectly smooth, but that's not the material's fault, it's my lack of skill/patience, lol
@Hazmat - I hope these are some of the angles you were after?

So I am looking toward the electronic part of the helmet....The eyes I can just use the same method as many Iron Man helmets I have seen....but I really want to get the voice modulator going, as that is one of the main things about this new suit that I absolutely love! Are there any ideas out there? Or is it just too early to get a good idea of how to achieve the effect?

decided to take a little break from the helmet, started on the torso......I am tall, 6 ft 3, so when I entered the right height into pepakura, it was super wide and thick hahaha, so I have been fixing it as best I can...I think I have done a decent job

Hey, I was looking at maybe buying the Aztlan file for the helmet (the one I've made isn't as accurate as I'd like), but I wanted to see if they were the files with with lots of smaller patterns intended for paper that I'd have to piece together to work for foam, or if they were larger chunks. Basically I'm hoping that if I pay that much for the file, that I don't have to do a lot of extra work putting it together.
