Bandai release schedule

This photo was seen (anddiscussed) a while ago. It's just a sample of a kit-conversion from a bandai (online-)magizine... no photo of a future release...

For eff-sake, guys, it's CHRISTMAS! You couldn't just let me have my happy little fantasy of getting a TIE bomber for another five days???? Look, we clearly live in a fact-free world now. I NEED THIS -- even if it isn't true! :p
If you want an inaccurate TIE bomber that's your business, but to be accurate it needs to be based on the MPC Vader TIE.

Feel better?

As MPH said, it's fan built.

It's time for their annual SW photo contest, and they always choose that build to put in the ad.

Thanks, I thought as much but knew this was the right place to ask. My gut tells me ones coming though.

Has the Mandalorian even been released in Japan?

26 or 27/12 i believe on disney deluxe. Bandai has already announced figures in their SHFiguarts line so we might get something. Not a lot for them to pick from so far though in the ship department.

I can’t believe they made a First Order executioner but as far as I can see no Sith Trooper yet? They’re a cool design.

A Bandai representative did make a wink and a nod when asked about the TIE/Bomber a while back. Nothing official, but I do think one is in the planning stages.

... looks like you might need the First order Special Ops tie as the cockpit for the conversion

not my pic, but shows the Bandai parts...

and for the wings, at first glance, it looks they share a lot with the Tie Silencer, but you will need to do some cutting of the Revell wings as it looks like the frames are angled instead being squared in the middle panels

Basically cut the middle section shorter

Does Bandai offer replacement stands (of the type that tends to be included in all these 1:72 kits)? I've had a few of the connectors snap off on longer kits like the Y-Wing and TIE Striker, and would love to find some kind of replacement that would let me continue to use the included bases (especially for the ships that came with the Death Star bases).

TIE/sf is a good place to start, but notice the Whisper and Whisper Interceptor's beefed up cockpit and front viewport. I've heard these referenced as additional armor or hyperdrive componentry.
