Did a google search for Nuclear Model and found another Bandai clone- a "Dark Knight" kit-
https://www.bilibili.com/video/av8910514/
but the video shows Bandai kit instructions without their logo.
I wonder if these are reboxed kits- Bandai's casting techniques are not easily duplicated by cheap knock off pirating- I do not thing even Revell could cast their kits if they had molds provided to them...

Yeah, I see other Bandai kits branded as NuclearModels such as the Stormtrooper.

The sprue shots in one of the sites literally show the exact same B1 sprue for the R2 kit.

Whether these are recast copies or actual Bandai made sprues just repacked is unclear, but there is no doubt the source is a Bandai master

I wonder if these might be the equivalent of Revell legally repacking stuff for a market that does not have a Bandai license, or if someone may have access to Bandai wholesale stuff and repacking them to skirt the system

Yeah, it's quite obvious they are Bandai masters repackaged. I wonder if the boxes are just covered in there rebadged packaging... It seems the cost in producing the knock-off material would increase the price of these kits...

People on various FB groups have mentioned these before. Some sort of Chinese knock off, the sprues are identical but supposedly it's a very hard plastic. Maybe bandai uses the good stuff through the day and later the factory runs with the crappier stuff for the chinese market?

Nothing new. Bandai has had their Gundam model kits copied and resold for years. They sell across Asia at about 1/2 to 3/4 of the original price.
I never bought a knock off before, but from the reviews online, the word is that the details are softer; fit is a bit off; and the plastic is inferior.
The kit's spurs are 3d scanned and molds are made from them. Do a search on Google or YouTube for a company branded Daban or Dragon Momoko.
Asia is knock off central. Its only been a matter of time before Bandai's Star Wars line got targeted. Authorities have only started to crack down on this market.
At least this Nuclear Model company gave themselves a brand name so you know that you are buying a faker. They could have easily copied the Bandai logo and passed them off as originals. Be careful of what you buy.

Of course I could be totally wrong and Nuclear Model could official reseller of actual goods.... (unlikely......licensing)
Someone brave will have to buy one and let the rest of us know. You have to have the original Bandai models to compare it though.
Any volunteers?

It looks like the sprues have the Nuclear Model logo on the tab by the sprue number, which indicates to me that they are new molds. However, I'd be very curious for someone to take flyer on these and write up a good review :)
