Bandai Boba Fett visor replacement question

Random question, on one of my custom Bandai Fett kits, my visor got some finger nail imprints embedded in it as I didn't realize it was a softer plastic when pushing it in. I've since replaced it with a new visor from another Bandai Boba kit but now that one is gonna be short a visor, so my question is what's the best way to get a tiny part like that? I wasn't sure if Bandai does replacements parts or if anyone has any suggestions? I had also tried sanding it etc, but that failed as well. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

How about painting the back side of a piece of clear acetate black and tucking it in behind the helmet?
