badge/label maker as a thermal printer for props

Does anyone use a badge/label maker for stickers/labels for props? I want a thermal printer for nice labels but don’t want to buy a true thermal printer because they are pricey!

I found some badge printers but want to also be able to print on sticker paper. Any recommendations?

Really if you just want to print on a sticker you can buy 8x11 sheets of that and just use any random color printer. Most color printers now a days are good and will work.
