I second that!.... TSLK And I had a little war a few months back and that was that......over a $13.00 item and it did not look that bad when I sent it to him! no way! resin can weep over time just ask anyone that has one of the 33" enterprises for the no defunct maker...the name slips my mind!
but I had these for at least a year...any weeping would have occured in that time! he was out for trouble from the start??? not sure why ?? nor do I care but I will not just sit back and let this kind of thing happen!

I thought this was all settled as well and everyone was willing to go on their way. Clearly that is not the case. SLK still has an issue over the transaction and felt the need to make the details available. He asked us if he could and we told him as long as he didn't violate the MGL in relaying his experience to the members of the board, we were ok with it.... just as we are ok with you giving your side of the story and sharing your frustrations with SLK as a buyer. Ultimately this is going to be a he said / she said kind of thing and as we determined previously, no one is getting banned for this incident although now that it is being brought to the open board it might make some members cautious from buying from TOSP or selling to TSLK... Feel free to continue to share your individual sides of the issue, but be cautious not to violate the MGL in doing so.

It's a little late to lock it down now, and if the PM SLK got from him is true, it sure looks like he is threatening legal action against another member. I may be wrong, but does that not violate the TOS?(Or MGL...whatever it is this week?)

I have no PM or email regarding this claim. However I do have this quote/excerpt written by Bruce in a PM dated 6-20-2010.
"I would also still send you a good casting if you like when I make some more?"
I would be willing to forward this complete PM to mods to review as it contradicts Bruces publicly posted claim of getting the parts on trade.
Bruce admits his part in the origin of the part.

Did anyone else get lost when I explained this? Bruce posted the picture in his RPF sales thread. Later on while I was doing research.... I found the identicle picture on New Moons site. Bruce admitted to using New Moons picture. Pretty clear.

I was content with how it ended. When I saw this thread surface I saw many of the same things had happened to others. In all honesty I'd like to see the RPF be the Disneyland of prop sites where people can feel safe buying, selling, and sharing ideas. Of course there will be the occational hitch but that is to be expected. It's unfortunate that these things transpire but can anyone come up with a solution when this happens?

As I posted previously, I notified Bruce via email of what I wrote on Propsafe back on 6-27-2010. I am not aware of him having any objection until now. Please also note that I have not flat out said he is indeed a recaster...I have said the part is a recast. But then again, he already explains his involvement in the PM he sent me on 6-20-2010. So I will say to anyone that it also comes back to a simple idea, if you don't want the public to see work that you are not proud of then don't release it to the public.
