These shoes (as well as the jacket) are a long time coming.
I don't believe we (BTTF fans) have EVER seen either of these costume props reproduced faithfully to the originals.
Sure, we have seen many Hoverboard replicas - and most recently much more authentic Hoverboard replicas, but for some reason, the shoes and the Jacket have been the 'unicorn' of costume pieces.
I know the wait is hard. It sucks sometimes when you take a break from all the other things you got going on in your life and you start thinking about these props again. You get excited, but then anxiouse and irritable because the task of making these particular replicas (or waiting for someone else to make them) is not as simply as doing replicas of other props.
The point here is, one day....ONE DAY, my friends, not only will we see the finest replicas of these iconic costume props, but we will be wearing them too - and that is something to keep us smiling.
In the meantime, let us continue to support those who have the ability to make this happen and at the same time, not badger them into the ground.

Well I'm in the middle of moving to a new house @ end of this month, so after I get settled I'll be working on the shoes and the 2015 jacket which will be made out of silicone.

I got those - they are nice. No chance of sticcking your feet in them cause of the giant buttons for the lights.

I got his Mattel and Bulldog boards too. They are ok for the money.

Wouldnt you need to be like 8 years old to get away with wearing shoes with lights on?

I got a thing about strangers sniggling at my stupidity ao Im glad the NIKES are unwearable.

I wore a pair of Weyland Yutani Reboks out and about for a bit but they dont immediately get you punched in the face.
