Yeh mate I know, the Probe droid is going as well :-(, may have just landed my old gig back with Razorlight for the summer though so not all gloom and doom (keep your fingers crossed for me )
I may try and get a memory card for the camera tonight as need funds pretty quickly as I can't hide behind the curtains from the tax man lol

Hey Guy,
i am always so impressed with your builds especialy the painting and weathering part.
maybe now it is the right time to produce a step by step painting and weathering tutorial.
Like a step by step reportage from beginning till end in photos or even better in film.
print it on a disk and start selling it.
I (and many others i think!!)would certainly pay some good pounds sterlings to see you work in close up and be informed about the choices you make during this process.
Give it a thought,...this could be a great way to earn some income,..and really fullfilling aswell,..teaching others what you know,and seeing the fruits of your planted seed.
This is not a joke, but a serious request for your knowledge ,master!!!!.
Succes with your sales and i hope you will find a job very soon.

Sorry to hear you have to part with some of your models Guy, everyone knows the love that goes into all your builds.
That's actually a great idea, Voodoo. Guy's contributed a ton to the boards and his painting and weathering skills are second to none.. that goes without saying.
I'd definitely buy it, just as long as there's no accompanying infomercials.

Wow, I'm extremely flatterd and humbled that you think people would even watch a vid let alone pay for one. It has been suggested recently by another member as well. I will def document the slave paint if I ever Finnish it and have been toying with another idea I spoke to lee about months ago!!!
I couldn't possibly sell it though, if you saw me paint you'd fall off your chair how fumbled I am honestly, I'm basically scruffy and that's the key oh and messy and don't Tidy my bench!!! All key factors.
I'm gun a be selling some custom art based on studio scale model techniques and based around the ships we love, kinda like ILM pop art but more basic than the models
For example 4 8x8 inch panels in one frame each painted to resemble a section if the models. I'm still working out what's more iconic but quick to do

Just got a new SD card for my Camera since it was nicked last week, some quick shots of the finished model. I will try and get me SLR fixed...I hate point and press
I wil be doing some up in the sky shots cos I love em but for now heres some quick shots I just took. Sadly she's got to go though in favour of a scratch build...Bills will be bills and I have a lot of them coming up :-(
I hope she comes across as well as in real life, I'm very proud of this B-wing and think it looks pretty nice. Moe did an insane job on this and I will be so sad to let her go but I have all the parts to scratch one now and thats the only reason I chose the B-wing as my first sacrifice. If I was working she would not be going anywhere, keep an eye out if your interested or send me a PM, I'm not sure I can use the Junkyard as things have changed so will most likely be ebay with a reserve to reflect the love by all involved and rarity.

Thats def one way of doing it, or go through all the Pms from those that never got one that really want one!!! Or just send em to me!!! And I'll put them in a cupboard and ignore your emails for a while lol

It would be more like we need at least ten to justify remolding as much as we might have to to make anything.
