Azteking has begun

Well going cross eyed and moving along slowly but for first time azteking attempt I'm pretty happy.

So what are we looking at here? Is that masking or pencil - I can't tell. Make sure you got your good bifocals on!

Pencil. for what is all done on there now. After all that is done I plan go go back and do some different color paints on some of the surface details.

Well, that's one way of doing it... Assuming you're either going to lay down a thin coat of the base coat paint to lessen the contrast, or going to use a gloss coat to keep the decals from silvering, have you done any testing to determine whether or not all that graphite will create a barrier that prevents the paint/gloss coat from adhering?

That would be my guess. Based on the scale of the wood grain beneath it, it appears too large to be the AMT kit.
