All,

As promised in another thread on Starship Modelers message board...here are updated pictures of the masters for the Dreadnought conversion kit and the Constellation Class (Stargazer) full kit. They both need a little more detailing work and then they will be droped in some epoxy for mold making.

These girls will be vacuum formed with detailed resin pieces, so lighting them should be know problem. The Stargazer will have some type on internal skeleton structure for support and will also double as a lighting harness for running lights (got a fellow board member here working on that one for us).

Once we finish tooling the kit and have a succesful build, we do hope to sell them through Starship Modeler's store..if there is enough interest .

Oh..and by the way, there is a little suprise teaser towards the end of the pictures....hhhmmmm I wonder who she will be???????

Here is a link to the pictures:

Enjoy. Looking forward to the feedback.

I thnk they are looking great.

Just been tough to respond as the boards have not been acting well.

I have to sign in every time I click a page and half the time
the page wont load. This is a first in a while.

Keep up the great work. I love the stargazer. Looking awesome.
Dreadnaught is too, but i am not a fan of that design as a whole.

These babies will cost between 200-250. Also be on the lookout for the Reliant, and the Flying Wing from 'Raiders' in 1/35 scale.

I'm having alot of fun tooling these. We'll be doing our first tests this coming weekend.. Whee hehee.

Yes. As a matter of fact the "Connie" aka Stargazer has had a lot of work done to her over the last several wekks. We are a little behind due to the holiday rush on our Ghostbuster products. I don't have any new photos yet. My partner Hotshot may be able to take a few new photos of her resin detail pieces that were done.

We will hopefully be able to gewt the master buc ready to put it a vacuform mold and then get some preliminary pulls on her to test the fitting.

The dreadnought is coming along. We are doing some reengineering on the strongback. The Miranda/Reliant is really taking shape. We hope to post some updates pictures around the first week in December.

I will keep you all updated as new developments happen.

I've been able to see some of the pieces going into the Gazer and they look great. Definetly a labor of love by Hotshot.

Can't wait to see photos :D

Actually it is 1/350th scale. The constellation will be about 36". She will bein scale to the Polar Lights Enterprise refit kit. which is 34".

The wing in Raiders couldn't have been more than 100 feet across right? so that means the
model will be around 3 inches?

The Flying Wing will be around 1/24, which will put it at about 2 ft wing span. She is currently on-hold while we finish our other Star Trek model projects.

Outstanding work just building up my Enterprise refit but would LOVE a Miranda class next..

We hope to have an update on her by the end of February. The Constellation class is being finished up along with an as yet to be released surprise.

Not as of yet. here's what we planned: Coonie, Miranda, Flying wing, interspersed with the Dreadnaught and Star Wars conversion kits, and 1/1 Ghostbusters stuff.

We picked the Connie to be the first, cause she's the hardest. That way, we could learn the most lessons.

That was a year ago . . .we are just retooling it now for an April release. We're tooling the Miranda and the conversion kits now as well. Flying wing has been pushed back, cause I botched it pretty bad. But it looks like we should have a good idea of how these are gonna go by the end of the week.

Here's the list:

1/350 Constellation Class(includes shuttle bay, shuttles, officers lounge, and mess hall)
1/350 Miranda Class(full shuttlebay and arboretum)
1/350 Dreadnaught Conversion (nacelles, neck, stronback, bridge, pylons)
1/350 Ascension Class (nacelles, engineering section, neck, pylons)

1/32 Sebulba Podracer and desert base (in scale with Anikens podracer kit)
1/70 Ertl ANH Millenium Falcon accuracy set (side walls, engine panel, cockpit interior, docking rings, gun turrets, engine grill, detail peices) Represents 4-foot ANH model, to compliment Fine Molds 32" 1/72 kit.

1/24 Snowspeeder conversion cockpit, with pilots (Wedge and Janson, or Luke and dead Dack)
1/35 Flying Wing, with landing pad details, including jerry cans, blocks, and Indy, Marion, and Mechanic figures. Fully detailed cockpit.

We're also working on a 1/350 TOS Enterprise, with a ordering scheme(we think) for Pilot Episode or regular series run detail peices. We don't have a release date for this, but it'll blow the MR outta the water.

We should also mention, that the 1/350 Miranda will also be released in the future with different Miranda II and "Saratoga" detailing.

2008 will bring more interesting products like The Black Pearl, The Flying Dutchman, and the ELB Time Train from BTTF:III.

Right now, we're concluding a very long run of Proton Pack kits, and will dig in until mid March to tool all these kits up. Or "production studio" is being moved during this time, so we're shutting it down and getting all the kits knocked out for the rest of the year's realease.

Hope that answers some questions.
