AVP GAME HELP

hey
i got the AVP game on friday and have gone through the campains but now i wana unlock some skins for my predator so i go to ranked matches and i sit for like 15 minuets and nothing it wont load any ranked matches every time ife tryed it for ages and it wont connect to a match player matches are fine they work its just ranked where it matters it dont work
anyone else have this problem
and anyone know why its dooin it

Oh right yeah it's the new AVP game on xbox360 and no I dident try google but I was hopeing the biggest predator site ever that someone would know or have the same situation like xdmray
