hi ya im new on here and just a quick question,ive got all of the templets.just wondered would it b a good thing 2 make them out of thin metal? as im a welder and got everything at work.

oh i will do ,im goin 2 put some foam just on the edges or fold them over.should look ok tho ,i hope.at least i can do while im workin .hahaha wheres a good place 2 get a mask from 2 guys ?be careful of sharp edges! Ouch!

why could i not have found u 2 months ago when i started my pred costume? i would hve saved myself a lot of time and hard hard work. i made my armour out of 10ml thick rubber floor insulation i got from work, it did the trick but was really heavy and a nightmare to stick 2gether thx 4 this im gonna start again usin foamie and ur templates (we all need a bit of help from time to time) oh by the way are they already to scale when u print them of?? thx again pal great work

You can go to Officemax or Staples and print out a bigger scale photo if that might help. I'm just going to sculpt what I can with the templates and scale them to fit my body if possible. I can't wait

Now what you would have to do is crop every piece out and then print it. That is the only way I can think of.

after some experimentation. I did discover the chest was too small. I need to rebuild and scale up.
I purposefully made mine to be higher up but once it was put over a wetsuit and latex skin I was way too tight.
Sorry about the error guys. may need to repost an amended version.
Until I do I would scale up. Just make a card stock mock up until it fits

It is not your fault Vin I'm glad to just have these templates I only wish I had the materials to start right away because without your templates I would not even know where to start. I mean there is always reference photos. Nothing compared to what you have done for us already.
