Are there any Australians who can give me some advice? I'd like to use the Sintra sign plastic that was recommended, but Australian searches just don't seem to come up with it. Does anyone know where I can get some, or something that works just as well?

maybe go around to a couple of plastic suppliers near you and see what they have. I recently went into a couple for some ABS plastic off cuts they had a big range of different plastics already instock and most of them can order in what ever they dont have.

Sorry to dissapoint but I only needed templates for the bomb and blade. As it is they took me forever to freaking make. But the were well worth the effort.

Where are Pred Armor Pepakura files. I don't think I have ever seen them?

I've never seen anything more then bio helmets done in Pepakura. I'd be interested in seeing them just for comparison with Vin's work.

the blades are longer than an 8.5x11 sheet. Most of them that have fixed sizes like thighs groin cod etc have measurements. But some do not. You are jut going to have to dive in and decide what works best for you. There are no rules here.
