Hi guys,

attached are two screen shots from one of my favorite TV shows from the 1960s. I'm looking for the accurate font, it's not Arial or Helvetica as shown in my version.

So if anybody can put me in the right direction please. When it's finished I'll post it here.

The actual font used was Akzidenz-Grotesk. It was also used for road signage, hence the title of the knock-off font you found.

I've introduced my sons to the Avengers recently.
I didn't recognise the episode with this prop then the next day I brought home the Cybernauts and was pleased to see the prop show up.

during the last rerun of "The Avengers" I noticed this little card in a few episodes. Attached is a screen shot and my version.

Unfortunately the fonts are not really accurate, but I'm happy with the result.
