Trying to piece together some of Black Widow's accessories from Age of Ultron based off promotional and set photos. Here's what we have so far. We deliberately designed them with interior storage space so they still had some functionality/purpose for the cosplayer on the go (since most catsuits don't have pockets).
CONCEPTUALIZATION
After identifying the major parts and gathering reference images, we got our good friend and talented modeler Michael Flanagan to throw together 3D models. We tried to be as accurate as possible, within the limitations of our reference photos. The two "battery packs" were deliberately designed with interior storage space so they still had some functionality and purpose for the cosplayer on-the-go (since most catsuits do not have pockets).

Her push dagger is a black Benchmade Adamas 175. It's about $90usd before shipping and definitely not con-safe, so we figured it was worth our time to produce one that was a tad less expensive/dangerous. Bonus: instead of the normal Benchmade logo, we have an Avengers logo engraved into the sheathe (and a variant with a Widow hourglass logo).

FABRICATION
Once the models were ready, printing began. We used our Lulzbot TAZ 5 for the job. The battery packs took around 3-4 hours each, the push dagger around 2. The models still need a lot of clean-up, but here's how they've turned out so far.
Battery packs are actually a lot roomier than we originally expected. The front-facing pack is 4" deep with a 2.25" x1.25" opening and can almost hold an iPhone 5 with plenty of room to spare. The flatter, shorter "hip" pack is a little less spacious but perfect for cash, credit cards, lighters, and, appropriately enough, batteries:

Push dagger turned out decently (ignore how I am holding it, lol).

THINGS TO DO:
1. Models are raw, need to get around to cleaning them up for possible molding/casting
2. Need to finish modeling her Bite bracelets and forearm covers, print 'em, install EL wire. Trying to get a prototype built before the end of the month.
3. Couple other minor pieces we may try and do up (belt buckle, belt clips, rubber kneepads etc) as better pics of them become available
4. Would also like to try a hand at her tazer rifles as well but we may wait for some better reference images (currently they only appear in a quick trailer shot and the Hot Toys figurine pics)

Feedback appreciated, folks
