Well, it's been a long wait but... HERE SHE IS!!

I picked up a set of parts from my partner in crime last night and had a little time during lunch to put her together. Keep in mind, this is a super-quick assembly to give you an idea of how the finish piece will look. (True testament to Doug's molding & casting skills, there's about 5 mins worth of cleanup tops on these parts!)

This one's not quite as straight forward an assembly as the "closed mouth" version. You'll need to do some pinning to assure for a good strong finished piece. If you have moderate modeling skill, it'll be a breeze. :)

I'll be starting a thread in the JY soon with prices and ordering info. We'll be offering the closed mouth version again as well. For those that need it, I'll be offering painting and buildup services again as well. :)

Anybody know the number for the correct tin? I have a very close enough (as long as you're not comparing it to a screen capture :lol), but for the life of me, can't find the correct one.

Yeah, they pop up on e-bay from time to time. It seems like the white letter one is much more common. Keep watchin' one will appear, they always do!

I just picked up two (accurate ones) a few weeks back on eBay for like 10.00 each shipped and they are in erfect shape. I got them bothin the same week and it was my first time looking for them, so the accuarate ones are not rare, you just need a little patience.

I'll do my best to make sure everyone who's interested knows when we start our second run. :)

Here's the latest and greatest... She's done! (How's that for an update! :love ) This went much faster than I thought it would and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. I hope you will be, too! :)

Here's what the kit will consist of:
The top and bottom halves of the Audrey pod, an upper and lower "leaf palette", (only one was sculpted but two will come with the kit), and the tongue.

We're looking at getting started with the molding and casting process in July, so stay tuned!! In the mean time, I'll see if I can find a way to mock this up to show how the finished piece will look.

Here's a quick photo "mockup" of how the parts will come together. (Not the greatest photoshop work I've ever done but you get the idea.) Too, this is not how the final piece is painted (incase you might be wondering), just colorized to help see the different parts. :)

Will the kit come with the stem, like on the first A2 kit? Just curious. Lookin' great, by the way!
