I was sorting out some junk to get rid of and found my old Don Post Tie helmet, I could not bring myself to bin it so made an AT-AT driver helmet out of it, everything on it I made or found at work, please don't tell me it's not very accurate...it's from a Don Post lol. Anyway some pics...

Now that I want to do another, more accurate AT-AT helmet, does anyone on here do a good kit with all the parts.

I don't think so but for the helmet contact MonCal (I think he does TIE helmets) and for the spikes contact Mojo-Fett over TDH (I don't know if he's here too), he does aluminium spikes with the measures of the original ones.

Thanks for the info...it's a shame nobody does a full kit, I don't think there is much love for this helmet.

Hey, nice job on that!!! I'm working on a build up myself. How did you make the wiper greeblies? I'm on the hunt for some.
Oh, and for a full helmet kit/armor try to contact Dan Laws over at Imperialarmor.net. He makes amazing products...

Thanks for the info on a kit...I made the greeblies at work out of .5mm thick aluminium, I just marked the shape on and cut em out then painted them grey. all the other bits I made out of acrylic...the cogs I hand cut from vinyl.

That looks great! Nice job :thumbsup

Far Away Creations also has a good kit (complete with chest box and armor). I think Imperial Armor might be a little backed up right now. You might want to hit up the Armored Cav for more info. http://www.armoredcavalry.net/
