Arrow Oliver Queen Lian Yu Knife

Has anyone ID'd the knife that oliver Queen uses on the island. It shows up during the first scen of pilot and the flashback scene on the life raft. It also appears on Oliver's desk in the Arrow Cave.

It looks like a custom build, or a replica of an older knife used by the military, almost all modern day knives have a much more ergonomic grip rather than the rounded rectangular shape this one has.
